FAQ

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We ship egg orders year-round, with availability depending on which breeds are currently laying. Most orders are shipped within a week of purchase, but may be delayed if there are several orders in front of you. Please feel free to contact us to inquire about our next available shipping dates!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Due to restrictions on international egg shipments we are only able to ship within the United States at this time. We are currently shipping to all 50 states and US territories. For more detailed information on our shipping policies please see our shipping page.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept Paypal, Credit or Debit cards directly through the site. If you have any issues with purchasing, or would like to place a custom order, feel free to contact us so we can set up a custom PayPal invoice.

DO YOU COVER EGGS THAT DO NOT HATCH?

Due to the unpredictable nature of shipped eggs we are unable to accept returns, refunds or replacements for any egg orders. Rough handling, x-rays, delays in transit and individual incubation practices are only a few factors that can negatively affect your hatch. Due to these many factors that are out of our control, we cannot guarantee your hatch rate. All we can control is shipping you the freshest eggs packed to the best of our ability. Hatch rates average 95% or more at the farm, and fertility is regularly monitored with weekly test hatches. Looking for tips on how to give your eggs their best chance at a good hatch rate? We have a step-by-step hatching guide for shipped hatching eggs that can be found here. USPS and FedEx provides up to $100 insurance in the unlikely event of broken eggs upon delivery, or a lost package. Thank you for your understanding!
